Customers are required to pay the required fee and purchase the needed game tokens/cards to participate in the various activities offered by the arcade. The rates for the same remain fixed and are displayed at the counter.
All visitors must adhere to the rules and guidelines that the various activities offered have, to have a good experience at the arcade.
Everyone visiting must adhere to the arcade’s safety measures and guidelines.
Any unauthorized photography or filming is not allowed inside the arcade. Permission is required to film and create content within the arcade.
Starcade isn’t liable for any injuries, accidents or losses that may occur during your visit. Visitors are to enter at their own risk.
The arcade isn’t responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings, please keep an eye on your belongings at all times during your visit.
The management reserves the right on altering, adding, changing or removing games and activities. The availability of games and activities may vary.
Tokens and game cards issued at the counter of the arcade are non- transferable and non- refundable, this means one cannot claim to redeem cash on the unused tokens or card points.
Any kind of disruptive behaviour or inappropriate actions, including but not limited to foul language, harassment, vandalism, or violence, will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the arcade without a refund on their purchase.
As an important safety measure individuals with pre-existing health conditions, or health injuries are advised to consult their medical professionals or doctors before participating in any physical activities in the arcade.
By entering the arcade premises, you are consenting the arcade to collect and use your personal information as per the arcade’s privacy policy.
Please be aware of the arcade’s opening and closing hours for a smooth experience, and finish your games and exit the premises accordingly.
Starcade reserves the right to refuse entry and service to any individual deemed unfit to enter or use the facility.
By entering the arcade, you are agreeing to abide by these set terms and conditions, any failure in following my result in expulsion or legal actions if deemed appropriate by the management.
